3rd Week Meeting Summary & Gantt Chart (22nd- 26th August) This week we finished the report for the stage V and did presentation for the whole project.We had a meeting on Monday to combine all the parts from each members and did the corrections on Tuseday. We handed in the report on Wednesday and did the presentation by individuals .We combined the ppt parts on Thursday. Rong Lu did the introduction and the House of the Quality. aj got the processing,equipment,layout and legislations. Huiying finished the product testing including screening,optimisation and commercialisation. The shelf life, packaging, gmp and ghp ,HACCP and Quality control are belonging to mariana.
